Effective date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.boyntonbeachmasonry.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Boynton Beach Concrete & Masonry ("we", "us", or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Boynton Beach Concrete & Masonry provides masonry contracting services in Boynton Beach, FL and surrounding areas, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, and related concrete and masonry work.
All services are performed by licensed, insured contractors. The specific scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing for any project will be set out in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties before work begins.
All estimates are based on an on-site assessment of the work to be performed. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Estimates are not guarantees of final price. If conditions are discovered during the course of work that materially affect the scope or cost - such as hidden structural damage, unexpected soil conditions, or code requirements not apparent during the assessment - we will notify you in writing before proceeding. Additional work will not be performed without your authorization.
We do not provide verbal estimates. Any quote given by phone or email prior to an on-site visit is a rough range only and is not binding.
Job scheduling is confirmed once a written estimate is signed and any required deposit is received. Start dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, permit delays, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Cancellations due to documented emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions that make safe or quality work impossible. Rescheduling in these cases will be at no additional cost to you.
Payment terms for each project are set out in the written estimate or contract. Larger projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Smaller jobs may require full payment upon completion.
Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice, typically net 15 days from the invoice date. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as stated in the project agreement.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in the project agreement. Personal checks that are returned for insufficient funds may be subject to a returned-check fee.
Work may be suspended on any project with an overdue balance. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms for each project will be stated in the written project agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: acts of God (hurricanes, flooding, extreme weather), soil movement caused by conditions that developed after project completion, improper use or modification of completed work by the property owner, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to hello@boyntonbeachmasonry.com and will be reviewed and addressed within a reasonable time.

By scheduling work with us, you confirm that you have the authority to grant our team access to the property where work will be performed. You agree to inform us of any known hazards, underground utilities, or access restrictions before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to property or utilities that were not disclosed or that could not have been reasonably identified during the assessment.
